Within the QUADIC project. whose coordinator is the Public University “Kadri Zeka”, won in the program ERASMUS + Cooperation for Innovation and the exchange of good Practices, in the call of Capacity Building in Higher Education – Joint Projects.
At the beginning of this training, the participants were greeted by Prof. Dr. Kseanela Sotirofski, Rector of Aleksandër Moisiu University, Rector of UKZ Prof. Dr. Bajram Kosumi, also in a direct link is presented Deputy. Minister of Education in Kosovo Mr. Dukagjin Popovci, who said that he is happy that UKZ has managed to realize the project in question, adding that the Ministry of Education will support international projects. Prof. had also greeted words. Dr. Tonin Gjuraj Rector at the European University of Tirana, Mrs. Jehona Lushaku, director of the Erasmus + office in Kosovo and Prof. Assoc. Dr. Dukagjin Leka Vice Rector for International Cooperation at UKZ at the same time coordinator of the QUADIC project, who said that despite the pandemic, we have managed to carry out almost all activities except study visits to Europe.
Then, in the first session, the new Erasmus + guide was presented, while in the second section, the trainers, Prof. Assoc. Dr. Dukagjin Leka and Prof. Ass. Dr. Selim Daku presented the theoretical aspect, drafting a successful plan, its specific objectives, etc. The third section deals with the overview of the proposal, the generation of new ideas, the analysis of the problem / idea, while the fourth section deals with the logical framework, approach, phase of analysis. In the fifth and sixth section is organized a group workshop on generation, project ideas, goals, objectives, activities, finding partners for cooperation and finally stakeholder analysis.
During the second day, in the three sections organized by the trainers Prof. Assoc. Dr. Dukagjin Leka and Prof. Ass. Dr. Selim Daku, presented the approach of the logical framework, planning phase, harmonization of the project theme with (WP) activities, history of partners (role and responsibilities), stakeholders, project management bodies – their role, places where activities will be held, etc. Group workshops were also organized, where participants who are partners of the QUADIC project, a total of 18 representatives of local and international institutions, some of them in direct online connection due to COVID-19, worked to see the realization of all activities around project management.
On the third day, financial aspects were presented, for the realization of trainings, workshops, conferences, seminars, trips by the trainers Prof. Assoc. Dr. Dukagjin Leka and Prof. Ass. Dr.Selim Daku.
During the last day, a meeting of the Project Implementation Board was held, where the impacts of the project on the partners, project results, distribution, management were discussed and the narrative and medium-term financial reports for EACEA were presented. Also at the end is the division of tasks for all partners.
In this organization participated a delegation of the Public University “Kadri Zeka” in Gjilan led by Rector Prof. Dr. Bajram Kosumi. The training held from 07.06.2021 to 10.06.2021, was attended by all local and international partners, a total of 18 representatives of the Institutions, some of them in direct online connection due to COVID-19.
